A very big decision and I need some advice!!

My girl won’t talk to me cause she thinks that it won’t work out anymore and that I really won’t propose to her. I can’t get ahold of her and I assume she’s already done with me. I am getting the ring for her in 2 weeks. So around February 8th(the day we met) I am thinking of going over to her house to speak to her and propose. Should I do this or accept the fact that she doesn’t want me anymore?
