If you weigh more than a baby, yes.
While there is no solid medical research to prove EXACTLY how many calories are required for normal function, the consensus is that the average person needs ~1,200-1,500 calories/day MINIMUM to maintain normal body functions. Anything lower for a long period of time (4+ weeks) can lead to muscle starvation, improper immune system function, brain deterioration, mood swings, etc.
I would recommend eating a minimum of 1,200+ calories/day if you want to stay healthy. If you want to lose weight, then ask or do proper research first.
no it's not, I was eating about 550 and I was fine you just really need to make sure you eat as much as your body needs, like I wasn't exercising so I didn't need more than that but you also need a very balanced diet to make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. I would have some fruit for breakfast then protein and vegetables or a salad for lunch and tea.
i only eat when im hungry so I will get up at 12:00 and eat at 2:00pm and then eat like at 7:00pm. so I eat like 5 to 7 hour intervals. Like 2 or 3 times a day I eat just hour intervals.
Two main reasons for food -- growth and energy. Without the right amount of food, you severely compromise both those things. You need to bump it up to around 2,000 a day.
EAT!!!! I just can't stand people who starve or don't eat(crap I just assumed) sorry I went hysteric but EAT EAT EAT!!!!!'
well im eating till im full. I started working out couple weeks ago and my stomach shrinked to where im not as hungry.
i will eat small portions. Like soup or something. But dinner, small portions.

Well how much do you eat during those times?
Um yeah you need to eat more. Much more.
You mean to only eat 700 a day? Yes.
