26 pounds in a Month?

Hey I have my boyfriends 21st Birthday Party in exactly 1 month and Im starting a diet 2moro because I really want to lose weight and look good for it! I’ve gained over a stone since I met him and although I know he doesnt mind what weight Im am Id love to surprise him with a slimmer gorgeous me for his special day :) xx Heres the diet plan: Breakfast- 1/2 a grapefruit Lunch- 1/2 a Grapefruit Dinner- Steamed chicken with 1 grilled rasher, veggies & pepper/parsley/mushroom sauce. OR Grilled Salmon, veggies,sauce etc.

Also I drink a lot of water and only drink green Tea no fizzy drinks coffee etc. Im thinkin of allowing myself a piece of cake or somthing nice like that instead of my main meal each Sunday so I have that to look forward to and keep me going through the week! My question is, is it possible for me to lose 26 pounds on this diet in a month??

NO, you can’t lose 26 pounds on any diet in a month. It’s impossible the nomal amount is to lose about 4 pounds a week. (I.e. 16 pounds a month would be healthy)

Als one grapefruit for breakfast and one for lunch will just slow down your metabolism even more and you’ll probably end up gaining weight instead of losing it, plus you’ll be starving your body of valuable nutrients and will probably get sick

Rather eat a proper breakfast, for e.g. fruit, yoghurt, musli and some healthy fruit juice…

and then for lunch you eat your largest meal of the day (as in which you would eat for dinner

and then for dinner a smaller meal again.

And try eat inbetween meals..like eat an apple or some fruit or provita’s or anything healthy so that your body doesn’t get starved.

The water and green tea part is a good idea though…that’ll keep you hydrated and help you lose weight as well.

And furthermore, you’d have to start excercising as well on top of everything…join a gym, go cycling or swimming or running. because healhy food isn’t enough to make you lose all the weight you’d want to.

Ok Im looking for an answer to my question from someone who isnt going 2 tell me stuff I already know, Im looking for a quik fix just for this party… Only people with some helpful tips and hints need answer. No offence but I’ve heard all the usual crap before but thanks anyway

you can lose about 20 lbs a month if you eat every other day. I eat a bowl of chilli and 2 bannanas or any fruit every other day with lots of water every day. It works
