20 lbs

ok I realy want to lose 20 lbs before summer do you guys have any good excersizes for in side?I cant go jogging because where I live it is already snowing.so help!°

I would cut down on simple carbs like bread and rice. also lower your sugar intake. Try to keep dinner light and pretty early. drink lots of water. try to pick up some cardio..workout tapes do work! sleep early too. hope that helps!good luck!

DAncing! thats what I do and if you can t find a show on tv for it (Fit tv) the internet is also very helpful :)
