I need to lose 20 lbs quick

if posible im looking for advice from a person that know show I can do this please give me the best diet you know… I need to lose 20 lbs a.s.a.p. im willing to b dedicated I just need quick results to stay motivated ;)

TO GET YOU GOING YOUR GANNA NEED TO BUY TONS OF GREEN TEA DRINKING THAT AND THAT ALONE FOR TWO WEEKS, WELL YOU WILL LOOSE 10 POUNDS, AND IF YOU DO THAT WITH AROUND 100 CRUNCHES A DAY NOT ALL AT ONCE IT WILL WORK AND ITS EASY… AND EAT MORE MEALS BUT SMALLER PORTIONS AROUND 6 MEALS A Day.

BREAKFAST… 300 CAL SNACK, 90 CAL LUNCH 200- 300 CAL SNACK 90 CAL DINNER 350 CAL SNACK 80 CAL

FOR THE SNACKS I RECREMEND THE K BLISS BARS THEY are 90 CALS EMAIL ME FOR QUESTIONS

I WOULD RECREMEND TO HAVE 3 MEALS (DINNER) ALL ORGANIC AND UN COOKED VEGITABLES AND UNSEASOND IF YOU MUST PUT LEMON JUICE

DO THAT WITH GREEN TEA YOULL LOOSE 30 POUNDS IN A MONTH!

wake up and drink 1 cup of milk and 1 egg.

work out… sit ups, push ups, runing, weight lifting, etc…

for luch eat almost nothing

and for supper have some protein, like a protien bar and some nuts, celery, fruite, vegtabals

if you are trying to loose weight you need to eat little and work out a lot… if you eat a lot of protein you will end up becomeing bigger, because you will gain muscle..

SO BASICALLY… eat very little protein and work out a lot!

hey girl don`t you worry . it is possible to loose 20 lb ,but if you are looking at the crash cource that will do you more harm than good . how fast gain weight and reduce all depends on your body type so it is very imp from your perspective to understand your body type. you must work out …at least 2 hours a day.if you are not used to it than start working out for 30 min and every alternative week increase it by half an hour till you reach 2 hours. you can do cardio,palateze and also yoga. try doing surya namaskara (form of yoga) ,atleast 30 times this will benifit you. and about your diet ,replace protien starch with carbohydrates,avoid fried and oily stuffs even avoid ice creams and chocolates. make sure the milk or any drink you take has no sugar.if you are on alcohol than please stop it completely. all these will help you for sure.
