When will I loose 20 lbs?

Im going to ride my bike over 40 minutes every day and eat healthy foods. Untill what date will I loose 20 lbs?

It depends on your metabolism as well as how overweight you are.

Generally if you eat healthy and exercise well you should be losing around 2-5 pounds a week (that would be healthy). I’d say it’ll be about 4 weeks for you to be down 20 pounds maybe 5 weeks.

Also you might want to try something else like swimming or jogging with the cycling, or maybe some light weight training, just so that your body doesn’t get too used to the exercise and so that you don’t get bored.

I would say about 2 months or so. It might be a little sooner, the first few pounds are the easiest to lose. Pace yourself, don’t work your body too hard. Good luck!
