well I hope some of you guys have done this but at this web site is were they tell you how you can loose 18lbs in 4 days but it cost 27.00 to buy it and my dad said no because he said its for 18 year olds which its for every one but he wont buy it for me.So is there any body who can give the step by step plan to do it and if you done or now going to do it we can be buddys and see how much weight we lost in 4 days please help me im desprate
I don't understand. Why isn't it obvious that a diet program with that kind of promises is crap? First of all, it's IMPOSSIBLE to lose that much weight in only four days. Second of all, the only "diet" that works is regular exercise. Do that.
