I am 16. I am 5'9 and wiehg 250lbs. my hieght kind of hides my weight but I am still needing to lose weight. I always start strong with dieting and exercising but after a week or two I just stop. How can I lose about 40lbs in 4 months?
be realistic man... I've worked out for a long time thats hard to achieve in 4 months... try eating more often but smaller portions eat 6 times a day helps speed your metabolism up... there is no sub for exercise though should be trying to hit the wieghts and cardo 3 -4 days aweek ... .. www.bodyforlife.com is agood website with exercises game plans ... you can lose weight fast but I dont know baout 40lbs in 4 months
