Your Relaxation Techniques

I feel like I am experiencing a short-temper lately. I get so worked up and just need to find a good way to relax my emotions. Any suggestions?

nice long shower. and when you scrub, get a really soft lufa and a creamy body wash and just scrub all over. but don’t rush it. or if you dont have time for that, take a deep breath for 3 to 5 counts, then exhale twice that many counts (inhale 5 - exhale 10)
