I don't take a class because I'm broke, but I do yoga daily and beliiiiiieeeve me when I say I'm a lot less stressed. I do it right when I wake up (just stretches and breathing) and I get out of bed all like "HAHA YAY. LIFE." Plus it makes me feel like I look good, and I have really negative self esteem, so finding something that does that to me is - wow. (:
I just recently joined a gym, it makes you have a commitment. It gives you endurence amkes you stronger, makes you wanna eat better. Will give you confidence!!! & just in general makes you feel better!!
i go to my universities's gym price is included in the tuition fee but i think it's usually ~ $20 per month and i think u can get it cheaper at YMCA if u talk to them. not sure.
Ya I love yoga it is so much fun. You feel great after. Its helps calm you down and get intouch with yourself. If you don't alredy do it try it,it is so relaxing!:D
Yes! :DD I love yoga! :DD It really helps me in my everyday life! :D I am alot more flexible and strong and I can breather when I run and swim! :DD
well thats the plan lol,, i want to use yoga as a self esteem and stress free booster.! hardest part probably is getting started :p
i go to the gym alot these says... it makes me feel good about myself and kinda cocky(no good) lol cause i think i'm very strong.
