Does anyone else take the GNC brand Mega Men Sport Dietary Supplement?

Well I just realized they were diet pills lol umm anyway just have some simple questions for anyone who is taking them since I just started last Thursday.

Most of the supplements that you will find are either useless - OR their effect is minimal enough that it won’t do more than a placebo will and there may be stuff that causes side effects, heart problems, etc that could come out years from now (eg, ephedrine was one ingredient that until people had fatal reactions, it wasn’t well regulated).

I took creatine for a while, did enough reading on the subject to believe it and yes, while i was taking it I got bigger…..but, I was also in the gym a ton and it could be that it made zero difference other than the placebo effect.

As long as you’re eating right and exerising and most important, sleeping properly, keeping the caffeine intake down, etc, you’ll do fine. Balanced diet can’t be stressed enough and it’s always better to eat real food than take pills.
