Vaginal itch or discomfort in a few ways. Tried anti-itch cream, grapefruit seed extract, yogurt. Occasionally comes back..any thoughts as to why? Any recommendations for possible home remedies? I've heard of many home remedies but want to know the top choices. Thanks
You could include cranberry juice with the other things, but if it goes on I'd suggest you see a doctor and find out if it's anything that should be treated.
Other ideas: wear cotton panties and avoid pantyhose or tight trousers. Don't have the water too hot in the bath or shower and don't use soap there.
