I'm buying my friends daughter something for Christmas, she's 3-years-old. I don't have kids so I'm not exactly sure what they like at that age. Zellers has these 2 sets on for sale and I was thinking about getting them for her.
Are they age appropriate?
My 4 year old daughter (she turned 4 in Sept.) just saw the picture and the first thing she said is "Mommy, I want that for Christmas"
It would be a great gift. As for the sexist thing...children learn from their parents, if you're sexist then they will be also, it doesn't matter what toys they play with.
they look so complicated. and I think 3 year old should get a learning game that talks when they press it.and something colorful. I don't remember ever seeing a 3 year old sit there and reanact everything like "playing house" sorta things.
I think it's a nice thought, but make sure it would be received well- I find parents often get offended when someone else supplies a large exciting Christmas present they wish they could have supplied.
my friend's neice has a similar thing (hers is a kitchen set) and she's 3... so I guess so... ignoring the fact that it is propogating female gender stereotypes :P
what is it? If you click the image you can see it better :)
they look so complicated. What exactly is complicated about them? I don't understand how...
...it isn't even a kitchen in the first place. And kids are smart enough to know it's just to play with, says nothing about their role in life.
its a good gift for a three year old. I mean, you could give a three year old a dildo and it would still play with it.
noo dont get it its sexsist it tells a woman she belongs in a kitchen, or doing housework, its too sexsist
I think that looks like an awesome gift for a 3 year old.
yes I think that is perfect for any little girl age 2-6
Ya, I think that would b good gift 4 a 3yr old
Ya go for it! I think they would love it.
what is it?
