Workouts and anger
I’ve started serious bodybuilding and I’ve noticed over the last 2 weeks I have been getting bigger , more acne , also its hard to sleep. The worst part is that im becomeing supicious of everything and im always thinking about kicking someones face in. im looking for every little reason to get into a confrontation. Also im getting very iritable too. Whats going on?
Seems like your not happy with yourself. Is there anything that started this problem? If so then there’s your solution. Make peace with it, and you’ll finally be able to let go.

its the indorphines…your body is now getting used to this activity that you have started to do and its trying to catch up with the correct hormones so it releases a series of injections called indorphines and they get the hormones there but in the mean time these types of things will happen!!! just stick in there!! it’ll be over soon!!
I’m with legion on this one… There is something you’re taking, knowingly or unknowingly, that is causing this… those are classic (and seriously you just listed every single thing on the symptom list) signs of steroid use… I know my friend takes pills (supposedly legit) when he is body building, are you sure you know what’s in everything you’re taking?
