i would think it would depend on the felony. if it something like a abuse thing, then no they will not.
I think it would depend on what kind of felony. But I think that it also depends on the pearson who is hiring, for example some companies, hire if you have had 5 or 6 years since your felony happened, and if you have stayed clean till then, then they will hire you. But some don’t do it all together no matter what, os it all depends on the place you go to too.
It all depends on the company, normally a felony will automatically log you out of many jobs and i know that in nursing homes they do a very extensive background check.
