How can I slim down and tone my wobbly butt and thighs?

hi, im a slim build but my butt, thighs and hips are a little larger and wobbly.. im thinking bout buying a exercise bike to tone them and slim them down but I dont know if that will just make the bigger and thats THE LAST THING I WANT!!.. Has any one got the same problem ?? Has anyone got sugesstions how to slim down and tone my wobbly bits?

hi! dont worry! beleive it or not, I have the SAME prob! I am slim and my thighs and butt are just a little bigger. I was worrying too. try to run and do squats for the thighs. for the butt, I would try to do the little butt squeeze technique, lol, you no, the kind tyra banks did :)

Run on a treadmill. And walk backwards slowly as well to tone the hamstrings and butt. Make sure you have both on incline for toning. You will lose weight quickly running on the treadmill as well. Goodluck!

well I dont know anything about loosing weight buuut.I have the same problem.my butt is gross,its fat and jiggles! im okay with everything else just would like to know how to tone my by and make it firm. help please

yea I have the same problem as long as I’ve remebered people have always been telling me I have a big butt and im really self consious about that so I tried working out non stop to lose my butt but it only toned it up a bit after getting so fustrated about my dilema I asked my sister for advice my sister told me that your butt is basically made out of muscle and you can’t really loose muscle I don’t know as long as your eating right and staying active I think thats really all that counts

I’m built just about the same way. x3 Unless you’re building a lot of muscle, your thighs aren’t going to bulk out a look like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s. That takes a very long time with exercise and the intent on doing it, body builders work for that look.

On that note, toned thighs and legs, even when that don’t look as thin as some might want, look healthy- many sprinters have powerful looking thighs, but they do look good. =)

And toning your thighs tends to make your butt look better. Just don’t stress it horribly if your thighs look wobbly, mine do to. When I run or stretch they tend to look firm though, don’t mistake your natural skin and relaxed muscle for fat.

Try this:

Do a squat and hold it for as long as you can, and then when you stand do the butt squeeze and hold it for maybe 5 to 10 seconds. Do that about 3 times and do the squat again. Avoid fatty foods, too many carbohydrates or fatty drinks such as milk and pop which is where most people gain their weight. :]

ok I have had 3 c sections and I hate my stomach but I have been doing the new acai diet which is working for the middle section . but I hate my thighs and my butt looks good but could be better how do tone my thighs and butt with out taking time away from my kids who are all under 8 years.
