How to tone up your thighs and butt and lose the love handles?

I’m not fat or anything I just would looove to be toned everywhere!!What are some good things to do for this?

I am asking a similar question, but one thing you should definitely look into is yoga. It helps tone all over and then you can target certain areas. Also, exercise balls work well for thighs & butt.

RUN BABY RUN!! NOT ONLY DOES IT TONE BUT IT IS ALSO GOOD FOR YOUR HEART AND LUNGS. OH YEAH DRINK AT LEAST EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY!!

im 15 and I used to run in track at school, and it really put me in shape. I also started with 15 crunches and squats then add about 5 more to every 2 weeks.

im 15. and i swim competetivly, and i have to say im really toned. i swim 2 times a day for 2-3 hours. i also have an intence ab workout my coach gives us that is at least 30 mimutes everyday. and i indeed have a 4 pack.
