Will this be a problem fixing?

Ok I recently ordered something offline since I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I got it in the mail today. When I opened it, it was SEVERLY damaged! I’m VERY unhappy about this indeed and plan to call and complain tomorrow. But my question is, will they still accept it back and ship a new one even though the item is opened and out of it’s packaging? I still have all the origional packaging for the item and I have the package box it came in. I also have the order form from them. So will it be a problem getting this issue fixed? Because I’m highly unhappy about my package be so badly damaged!

Wow… it actually DID turn into a problem! The place won’t get back with me! I’ve filled out a comment thing like they said to and they said someone would someone would email me in 24 hours or less… they STILL haven’t gotten back with me! I guess I’m going to have to call them…
