Will taking about 2 teaspoons of creatine monohydrate with 2.3L of water per day cause large amounts of that water to retain in the muscle? If so, what are the consequences of that?
I dunno for sure, but all the side effects of creatine seem to be symptoms of muscle gain, which leads to insufficient potassium. Managing water retention, for example, requires sufficient potassium and sodium. Gatorade contains water, sugar potassium and sodium, so that's an easy way. Or just drink water, eat foods with potassium plus a reasonable amount salt.
2 teaspoons... ide say atleast 1, and make sure you drink a lot of water, creatine is a good form of muscle energy
creatine is not that good for you anyways graually damages the kidneys
