Im 16 years old and im going to start taking creatine.
I just dont know wether to take creatine monohydrate, or ethyl ester or any other kind.
any thoughts on what is the best one to be taking.
Creatine Monohydrate is great and there are a lot of scientific - and unbiased - research papers that support this... However, I am a big fan of Creatine Hydrochloride because I feel a lot less bloated using it, it works fantastically, gives a great pump, and requires smaller a smaller dosage for effectiveness than Creatine Monohydrate. I have tried Creatine Ethyl Ester and surprisingly got very little from it, but I may have timed the intake of it wrongly. I would not recommend creatine for 16 year olds though, unless you have spoken to your doctor. Muscle building is a lot easier when you're 16!
creatine monohyrdate and creatine ethyl ester are exactly the same, the only difference is CEE(creatine ethyl ester) has an ester attached for an extremely fast absorption rate
so all in all CEE is better because you dont have to load it and you wont retain water, and it gets absorbed EXTREMELY fast
my brother says that ethyl ester is better for you.. but you should do research on it, because you don't want to mess your body up and give you the wrong idea..
If I remember right mono is better.
Google it and see. you want the most broke down of it and mkst easily absorbed.
