Because he doesnt like it. From your previous questions, it seems like you are wanting your boyfriend to do everything that your have done with your ex partners You need to accept he doesnt enjoy certain things that you do. I mean, I don't enjoy my parter sticking his tongue in my mouth during sex... Its all too much during sex. Just understand what he doesnt like, and bloody accept it.
if he is on top then it takes alot of motion and control from him to even have sex with you. making out is difficult. try kissing him lightly on his shoulders and chest, maybe he will do the same to you. but try to keep tongue out of his mouth.
umm some guys like me cant multi task douing that..its hard unless a chicks on top or the guys on top...but its sometmes a pain...for a guy
