Answer #1

I agree wit ifeelcrazy123, if your BMI says your healthy, then you most probably are! Don’t skip meals, it’s so unhealthy, last year I went through a similar thing, I skipped meals because I was desperate to lose wait. It got me no where! Excercise regularly and don’t eat large portions. Have some confidence in yourself, Good Luck ! :)

Answer #2

GAIN SOME CONFIDENCE.

If your BMI says you are healthy, chances are that you are healthy, but lacking the confidence to enjoy your body.

Eat a healthy diet, don’t skip meals, you will eventually gain a lot of weight if you do that, because your body will go into a starvation mode and store all the fat that you get in.

Also get some exercise and maybe try dancing lessons or something that is a little intimidating to you (even joining a gym could help). That will boost your confidence, which will boost your body image. And that is one of the MAIN THINGS that you need to feel good about yourself.

Answer #3

instead of stopping all your eating at once take smaller portions and eat and apple or somthing healthy in between meals instead of big portions of somthing unhealthy

Answer #4

That is horribly unhealthy. Don’t ever skip meals! Because then your body freaks out, and then when you DO eat, it’ll just take all that, and store it as fat, so it can use it when you’re on the brink of starvation. Not only that, but if you don’t eat at all, your body will end up breaking your muscle down to use that to keep functioning.

It’s better to eat lightly, and more often, than to eat lots at one time.

I agree with xxpridexx. Running is good, but I think that doing things like crunches, and ‘swimmers’, and other things will help. x]

Answer #5

Watch what you eat. Have a balanced diet. ( not skipping meals) and excerise. Cardio (such a running) is good for weight loss. To tone up, weight lifting is good. Even if you just do sets of 10 reps everyday with 8 lb weights thats going to get you tone.
