Why doens't this work for losing weight ?

I run twice a week.Walk 30 minutes everyday.Skip. I go on the wii fit plus and I eat really healthy why am I not losing weight ?

it won’t work if you aren’t eating right and at the right time

you also might want to take a trip to the doctor if your really working out and not seeing any difference.. you might have a thyroid problem or something..that would make it so it’s impossible to lose weight..

my advice, do a 10 min jogg out of that 30 mins of walking. that little bit extra does count.

I’ve known people that have lost tons of weight from diet and exercise…but they are mostly guys…girls usually need a dietary supplement along with exercise and diet because we naturally have a higher body fat index… sometimes too though…people grow into a size that they’re unhappy with..but it’s the size they were meant to be. your honestly not like morbidly obese or very overweight at all.. your body will only get so thin ya know..heredity will not let you be a twig sometimes..and you can’t fight that your whole life..you’ll be unhappy.. so stay healthy..just make sure your not always disappointed withyourself.. your body is your body..you can tweek it..but you can’t change it..and in order to be happpy…you have to accept it.
