Why do my braces hurt more than normal?

I got my braces tightened today and it wasnt for the first time. I’ve had them for abooutt 7 months. I have two elastics in the back , but nothing new. just today, they REALLY started to hurt, and I cant eat my dinner. :P help pleeasee. (:

I got braces to the hurt b/c they tighting them I hate when they do that

My husband had braces a while back and he had the same problem. Sometimes he would have different assistants and they would tight differently from one another. They would sometimes be really tight or loose it would just depend. Its normal and in a few days it will go away. When they took them of it was worth the pain. Good Luck God Bless
