Why do I regret my abortion?

I had a abortion a week before Thanksgiving of last year (09’). And me and my boyfriend (still together currently) were only about 1 month together.

We dated before, my freshman year (2 years ago, junior now) and than this year, we hung out and, ya know, sparks came, and we ended up back together. :)

Anyways, around when we first started dating again last year again, we were soo happy, and once we got to know each other again, hung out everyday, etc.. we had sex ( don’t say we rushed things , we love each other a lot, and still do :) ) and did then too.

We’ve talked since we broke up my freshman year, oh btw, he’s my age too, lol. And we told each other since than, we’ll end up back together.

The thing is, at the time, I wanted to keep it. I am totally against abortion. And well, others (mainly my mom) made me get one. (I think she didn’t want me to make the same mistake my older brother did, getting married and a baby at 17, and dropping out). My boyfriend was well shocked, and wasn’t ready for this, he wanted a abortion. but than two weeks before I was scheduled for it, he changed his mind. And wanted to keep it. I stuck with mine. But, I was 16 at the time (turned 17 in Jan.) and was in school! I wanted to keep it.. but I had to think about my future, and if I did keep it, that this crappy economy would effect me, and the baby bad, most likely.

Lately, I’ve been regreting it, I hate it. When I talk about it with who knew I had it, I can’t help but cry and feel bad..

I know this stuff happens all the time, but hey, I had to say something.. Sorry it’s long btw.
