Why do I get nervous/shaky aftr picking the phone up to an unkwn #?

Everytime I see an unknown number on my caller id for my cell phone I always start to get really nervous,anxious,kind of scared and shaky and it lasts for usually 15-30 minutes after it happens.Its kind of frustrating.Why does that happen to me?

its just natural with some people… cautious people… always wondering ..maybe an-over reactive imagination. its nothing to worry about though

Oh, wow. That is a little extreme to last that long. Yea, look in your past for answers, or stop the scary movies and the energy drinks! :)
