When life gets shaky?

When you had a rough/emotionally draining day or a week or month that’s been throwing you more a lot more obstacles than normal how do you cope with it? Like how do you not let it overwhelm you and get you down?

I go up to my room and let it all out on my PS3.. either that or text my friend about it. cus she normally nos about it

Ignore it until it builds up and then I cry

Put it in scope and decide to overcome it, separate the obstacles and best each in turn.

I usually listen to music, or write. it doesnt matter what im writing, a poem, song, book, or just thoughts.
