Last week I weighed 120 but today I weighed myself and I was 115..? I don't understand how I lost 5 pounds, I haven't really changed anything like I dont exercise and I still eat the same things?
there are many possible reasons for that. trust me, you're definitely not abnormal or anything. maybe when you weighed yourself before, you were wearing heavier clothes and had just eaten. it's nothing to be worried about unless your weight change is very drastic like 10 or more pounds without trying to lose weight, dieting, etc. then you would need to talk to your doctor.
that happens to me too sometimes! and all I do is just eat all day. but I heard that its probably just body mass or somethin like that, your gonna lose some pounds but its probably all in that month. like when you have your period youll gain weight or loose it, it just depends

You know poo and water in your body contributes to your weight. Also certain times of the day affect your weight because you swell slightly at certain points in the day. Also, if you had just eaten then that makes a difference too.
weight fluctuates, you don't always weigh the same thing. sometimes I'll weigh 110 pounds, and after I eat I'll weigh 113 haha.
your scale is prob just being weird besides, losing weight is good right?
yeah losing weight is good but I didnt get why I lost 5 pounds lmao :P
