I am 13 almost 14 and every night I wet the bed. I dont feel like I have to go pee but then I end up peeing my bed does anyone know how I could stop wetting the bed like I am to old for that.
Bed wetting can also be a sign of something much deeper, like kidney problems. It all depends on how long you have been doing this. Either way it may feel embarassing, but you def need to tell your parents right away. If you narrow it down to not being stress, go to the doctor, it can't hurt. Good luck. Oh have you tried the whole not drinking for two hours befor you go to bed? My brother used to have this problem, thats why I ask. That helped him.
Hi!! Well im 17 and like you I had/have this problem. I've consultelly did this to my doctor and she said a alarm might help out. Set an alarm for a certain time and wake up to pee. I personaly didn't do this. I sometime still pee on my bed. Its really emberrassing but, try peeing before you go to bed even if you dont have too. I get thirsty before I go to bed. So the whole not drinking before bed doesnt work for me. hope this helps =)
My brother does the same thing and hes 6. He wears good nighties and he still soaks them. He def has a problem but if this keeps happening your prob gonna have to go to a doctor and talk about it. It might seem awkward but look at it this way, at least you'll know whats happening to you and how you could stop it if theres anyway. Well take care!!!
I used to have this problem when I was younger I think I sopped peein in bed when I was roun 10?? I grew out of it it maybe because you go into deep sleeps. you should have your parents come and check on you bout every couple hours while you sleep or also to wake you up and have you go to the bathroom it helped me
Bed wetting is related to insecurity. Are you stressed out, worrying about something or have any phobias? Talk to your parents or someone else you're close to. :)
