How can I stop these night terrors?

My extreme phobia of needles keeps me awake at night. I thought it was insomnia but I realized every night when I close my eyes and I’m teetering on the edge of sleep I see needles going into my eyes or my heart, et cetera. I am so terrified of needles it effects my sleep pattern. Should I consult someone for this? :O

it seems you have some sort of trauma because of needles. consult a doctor if it’s affecting you a lot of times. for the mean time maybe listening to music before you sleep helps? and maybe keep sharp objects out of your room. maybe, if you see less of these objects before sleeping, they won’t appear on your subconscious as much

I would see a doctor because i know people who have similar fears and they got over them after getting help. But if not i would try reading a book before bed so you have something else to think about. Or i always think about my day and what i want to do tomorrow and plan it all out.
