Really? A harmless statement to a 13 year old girl from a man that is almost 40 years older? A man that she met online?
This is not the kindly neighbor that her parents know or a man saying it to a a younger woman. This is a 13 year old girl!
This is a 50+ man she met ONLINE and he is saying that "if he were younger, she would be worth his attention."
That is creepy and NOT a compliment.
Ethmer, I can say, without hesitation, that I would have been worried and deeply troubled if my 13 year old daughter had met a man ONLINE, 40 years her senior, who had said that to her.
And to Amblessed, you do NOT demonstrate what most people consider to be christian values. You lie, you constantly spread falsehoods, you make inappropriate comments to young girls that you meet online. Believe me, no one has to be slick and clever when dealing with you. It is like shooting fish in a barrel.

OOPS, I did what now will be known as an "amblessed". I left out most of his quote, molded it to suit my purpose, and just threw it out there. A LIE OF OMISSION!
I don't mock your religion nor do I mock your god...I MOCK YOU, Amblessed. And if you think your lying and half-truths escape HIS attention, you are wrong. Do you not think that HE knows your heart? Do you not think that HE knows that you lie? Do you not think that HE knows that you comment to 13 or 14 year old girls that you "wish you were younger"? Do you not think that HE knows this is inappropriate and unbecoming to a "christian" man in his 50s. Do you think HE only turns his attention to everyone else and never to you? Nope HE is on to you. WE are on to you. Your lies and creepiness towards a young girl do not escape us or HIM.
Now challenge me on the young girl comment. You commented on her photo. She was 13 or 14. My gosh, everyone knows it. Challenge me. You know you did it. Do you know just how creepy that is? Do you know how that would make a young girl feel? During that difficult time of her life, when she is becoming a young woman, and some 50+ old guy comments on her photo that he wishes he were younger. Do you not get how your behavior is what makes us mock you? YOU make a mockery of the very thing that you preach.
LIVING for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is very different than LYIN (your spelling) - are you qualified to judge me ?? - I can assure you I do my very best here - mock my religion, my God all you want - if you think it escapes His attention, you're very wrong - He's aware and certainly not mocked (as you intended) and I am grateful because as Jesus said "They hated me, they will hate you" - everyone here are in my thoughts and prayers daily in the hope they will have their name recorded in the 'Book of Life' before their time is over - I just hope none here have allowed their heart to 'wax cold' (where He no longer knocks on the door of your heart) as He said they would.

My dad is almost 60, and he can compliment a young woman without being as inappropriate as to say "I wish I was younger". It's a matter of being respectful, and acting your age (which is clearly indicated by the use of the term 'LOL' in Amblessed's comments above).
I have to ask Amblessed, what is it you're trying to prove here? As editor says, you post these loaded questions, just waiting to try and shoot someone down. Now who's trying to be "slick and clever"? It's pretty pathetic if you ask me.
As for your quote "are you qualified to judge me?", I ask the same of you. I've seen plenty of examples of you blundering around the site judging people. Furthermore, what do you mean by 'qualified'? As in, do we spout cherry-picked quotes with a bible in one hand, gun in the other? Sorry, you're on your own there, as the rest of us are researching, trying to get the full picture of the presidential election smear campaigns, rather than being glued to FOX.

Are you qualified to judge anyone else? Because you do all the time. You constantly judge Obama, and you just called Joe Biden a liar. So get off your holier-than-thou high horse. And yes, a 50 year old saying something like that to a 20 year old is a little creepy, but saying it to a 13 year old is down right scary.
Biden said it about Obama back way before Obama got the nomination. He was mainly referring to the fact that Obama has little foreign policy experience, especially compared to himself. But since Obama chose him for VP, I'd say the ticket is balanced, and Biden is probably a lot happier.
