From what I've looked up, a diet is a big contributor to the taste of semen. On average I think that semen usually tastes salty. If a guy has a clean diet that consist of a daily consumption of water, fruits, and vegetables that should give a positive change to the taste of his semen.
Fruits to eat: pineapple, melons, papaya, mango (theres plenty more but these are the only ones that I came up with, basically examples). Typically vegetables are good, just not the ones that are high in sulfur. The most effective (or most common) is pineapple juice its very popular for affecting the taste of semen. I also think that cinamon masks the taste of semen sometimes.
