Bunny, my best advice to you is first, start by walkin as much as possible. make it a routine. You don’t need to run, walkin alone will strengthen you heart and get you started to gettin fit. Secondly, eat as much fresh fruit and veggies as you can and incorporate foods such as grapefruit , which increases your metabolism and whole wheat products and complex carbs. Thirdly, work your core. Excersise balls work great for that if used properly and makes the exercise almost effortless, rather than killing yourself with rigorious workouts that dont produce results. Remember, you have to lose fat before you should try to gain muscle or else you will just be bulky. Most importantly about your diet is not to deprive yourself or try to skip meals because that will actually slow down your metabolism. Portion control is key. Continue to eat the foods you enjoy, only eat have as much as you would like to. I lost 68 lbs. this way. Just be patient, and the healthier you lose it the easier it will be to maintain. Good Luck!!
