When should I excercise?
To my understanding, mornings is the best time because it jumps your metabolism, which will then burn calories throughout the day. If one was to exercise at night, then it might interrupt sleep since your metabolism will be working within your body, as well as the energy that exercise produces.
Morning is the best time, I am doing it in the morning because I have read a lot of this exercise things in the internet and they said, that if you do it in the morning you burn more fat, and then more during the day, and also I feel very good with a lot of energy during the day.
You should exercise only in the morning time before 8 am because the atmosphere you find is pleasant, calm, full of oxygen and no pollution.
