When did I conceive?

Im 15 weeks pregnant. I’m not sure of the days. When I took my sonogram on march 3rd, it showed that I was 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant. My due date is september 6th. I counted back to about december 4th of conception, but not really sure. the first day of my last period was november 30th and it lasted four days, ending on december 3rd. I had sex on december 4th, but no ejaculation in the vagina. but according to my doctor, it really doesn’t matter if he pulled out, its still possible for sperm to enter the vagina. I’m just trying to figure out.
