best way to not get stressed with the normal challenges of life is to not care about the out come. Life is a rough at times even challenging and unfair game that tortures us all. realizing you have very little control over the things that interfere with your day and the end results can go along way with making you feel better about them. I just don't care any more life will continue to throw things at me that are harsh and unpleasant. it's more of a test to see how you deal with them than anything. I no longer have bad days i have inconveniences in the middle of my good day. if you can't will your self out of stress go find a few 4 years old's and play with them. A 4 year old are smart than you give them credit for and being around them can brighten your day.
I would say wat ever you like to do....like me for example I get stressed so easily I like to do poems, basketball, and some others I do best at my own poems :)
I find writting in a journal every night lets me realease my frusterations , anxiety, and stress. I actually write several times a day in mine.
Laughing, singing...hollering works for people too..and writing..it ironically takes away stress as well

meditating, yoga, and deep breathing exercises. Eating right and working out also helps a lot.
stop talking to people that stress you out, listen to music, and do what you love?
going for a walk, take a nap to feel refreshed, listening to calming music
listen to you favorite music and make a healthy snack. it helps
Take a nice hot bath. Rent a movie and veg out
Clean and blast good music.
