Hi again um what are some things i could to to relive stress? Is yoga a good thing?
massage helps surprisingly well. also, try a long hot bubble bath, if you have a tub, if not a long shower helps too. scents, candles, low light, calm music... until you get sleepy, then sleep a lot and you should feel better in the morning. try not to think about whatever's causing you stress, just empty your mind. that's a temporary solution though, if you want long term stress relief then think about what's stressing you out and why and work it out from there.
