okay, I won't be seeing my boyfriend for about 3 months (when I turn 18) and I thinking about skipping a month so when I turn 18 and don't have any medical coverage to pay for it I have a little extra time to get it. I would start taking it again 1 month before I am going to see him, but I am wondering if there are any consicences from doing that?
As long as you dont have sex during the time you stop taking it you should be fine. Everyones body is different. So, you might feel a little sick at first while your hormones adjust. Make sure you follow the directions 100% when you start taking it again to make sure you don't get pregnant when you see your boyfriend.
if you have sex during that time, you can get pregnant if you dont have sex you cant get pregnant as long as you start taking it one month before you see him youll be fine as the pill takes a month to be effective
