what will happen if im cought driving at 14.

k welll usuallyy; I take my dad/moms car out the drive way for themm. they don’t get mad or anything because I could drive goood.

but what will happen if a cop catches me takin it out of the drive way?

Your parents should care, you cause damage and they could be sued for ALL they have - the officer may take you to or contact your parents or take you to juvenile detention if unable to contact - not a smart thing to be doing.

your technically not driving on the road. but knowing cops, they will probably find an excuse. also it really depends on where you live if you get caught or not.

Oh, believe me, cops will find some kind of probable cause if they want to pull you over. If you don’t leave the driveway and drive on the road, you should be okay. But if your caught driving on the highway at 14, you and your parents will be in loads of trouble.

well first of all a cop isn’t allowed to bother you unless you do something wrong. If you’re just pulling out of the driveway he can’t talk to you really unless you hit something or do something suspicious.

it’s normal to let 14 year olds back out of the driveway…

if you’re caught driving without a lisence though you can get it suspended until you are 18 or 21.
