Home More advice Home & Garden
I'm looking to buy a house that's not too expensive with acres of land (at least 1 acre) for my pets with weather that's either tropical (preferred) or hot (not too hot) or a place with all four seasons properly also with lots of different cultures etc.
Which of these states are best for buying a home for the first time etc. & Why? Dakota (north or south), Wyoming, Texas, Nerbraska, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, Utah
If you have any advice that would be great & if you have any question don't hesitate to ask
Thanks!
Right, the prices for homes for sale in Summerlin and the surrounding Vegas area are great. You can get homes for a fraction of the cost they were a few years ago. Many people are renting which is causing rent rates to go up and the prices people pay per month on mortgage to go down. http://funadvice.com/r/15d29vtntv6 has a vast listing of houses in the area if you want to check it out. Good luck with your purchase.
I live in Texas and the houses are much cheaper compared to other states. For example, a 2500ft house iin texas goes for 150,000 whereas in caliornia it goes for 1 million+. THe weather is also very nice down here, hot in the summer and cold but not too cold in the winter. SOme people say Texas doesnt get very cold or a lot of snow, but just two weeks ago, we got 13inches of it.
