I'd like to know how do you know when it's the right time to buy your first home - I mean, I keep thinking that the real estate market boom might not least forever, but then I think - am I losing out?
The price range for a nice house where I live is affordable based on my income, etc, but the thing is I keep thinking that it's not the right time to buy, it'll be better later, etc.
Can you give me a few tips?
Yesterday. Like the stock market there will be peaks and valleys, however, the long term trend line is always going to move up in the end. If there is a nice home in a good location that you can afford, go for it. Waiting will likely just result in either higher prices or higher interest rates in the long run. Picking the right property at the right price is a whole other question, but whether you should buy your first home now or not is a strong YES from me. Good luck!
Investment in reality sector never goes vain because with time it gives double profit which you cannot get from fix deposit and stock market. Immediately buy the land or house you are planning to buy it later. It may possible that within a year or two, the house price will go double.
