what muscles are used in a soccer throw in?
I know this isn't exactly your question but if you're trying to get better at throw-ins don't worry all that much about the muscle...I have literally NO muscle on my arms and I am incredible at throw-ins, all it is is extending your arms and throwing your core strength into it. what I do to practice is hold my hands behind my head and throw my arms forward as hard as I can then touch the floor if that makes sense...
anterior and central deltoids which are the front and top of the shoulder and the triceps which are on the back of your arm. the triceps extend your arm. im not sure if your lats or pecs (back and chest).
