What makes a court fair or just?
Have you even seen the statue of "Lady Justice"?? She's blind...
The ONLY element which can make the justice system fair and just, are those who are chosen to uphold the law...without personal prejudice and personal agenda...Unfortunately, mankind doens't always come so pure of heart.
It is because even though we are suspected of somthing we are not guilty untill convicted. Nifty little system that has not changed much since the Romans created it. Or is this a rhetorical question?
A court system is fair if it judges on the merits of the case,nothing else.
