What is this sore, hard bump on my back !?
Within the past two days I have developed a hard, very sore bump on my back. Its about the size of a dime? I have some acne on my back and at first I thought it was just a nasty pimple but this bump is not a pimple. Its hard and veryy sore and red. Someone please help meee ! I hope its not cancer! Help me please. What can I do to make it go down, and make it be not so sore and just make it go away!
It could be a cyst.. a puss filled tender bump. Cystic acne could be occurring on your back
If you’re like me, you might have what the docs like to call a permanent fatty clump thing. (okay so they don’t call it that) I can’t remember what he said it was exactly but he was pretty darn sure it was harmless (benign). My guess to it going away would be to exercise. But it’s sore to push on and it’s lumpy, i’ve recently developed another one which is frustrating! They feel a bit like knots also, but are apparently more permanent. If you’re worried get it checked out by a doctor.
