I shouldn't worry about it too much, it sounds like it's only discharge. Discharge is usually a very clear/yellowy colour, it usually happens some time before starting your period. Or your body could just be claning it's self out or another thing if it's close to your cycle you will have an increase in vaginal wetness and discharge causing you to be more wet than usual dont worry about it it happens to all of us at some point or another
