What is the best way to stay commited?

Thank you for those who answered my question but I was also wondering what is the best way to stay commited to the work out? I keep telling my self that if I want it I will make it happen. But whats the easiest way?

Have a partner working out with you in the gym maybe a friend or a family member…whenever you lose interest or get bored they can nag you back into it.

Look at pictures of good looking people, listen to encouraging music, make eating scheduals, fill up your fridge with fruit, vegetables, cottage cheese is good too, trow out sweets, buy cool gym clothes, think about looking good on the beach this summer
