I've tried walking for 30 minutes. I'm 13, 4'10 and 144 pounds I am overweight and I hate it. I'm eating veery healthy, like fruits and veggies
I weighed 210 pounds...and I now weigh 160. I've lost 50 pounds..and I can tell you how I did it. I joined the gym, ate healthy, and was really dedicated to it. The weight just came off, and I dont remember how I lost it. Im only 17, 15-16 when I lost the weight, and I feel great. I run, but dont kill myself. But I push myself. Walk on inclines on the treadmill..do a lot of cardio, but take it slowly till you get used to it. Then increase your time, and agility on the machines. Drink lots of water, and all that healthy dandy stuff. You can eat things you want too, just in moderation. If you drink soda, dont drink it for a week...and you wont want it anymore. That will make a big difference too! Good luck:]
eat several times a day but make it small servings
drinking water &exercising helps a lot but only if you're eating right!
also stay off or cut back on the sodas and the breads... :DD

I know it sounds horrible but you should try running or going to the gym. walking wont do much. when field hockey season starts for me I always lose weight bc of all the running. drink lots of water too. good luck
If you already exercise and eat healthy as you stated, your weight could just be genetic. do any of your family members have problems with their weight?
