What is the best way to lose unwanted weight?

My friend and I decided to have a New Year Resolution for 2010. It is to lose weight. We feel that we should be more fit. We do not consider ourselves overweight but we feel that since we are not exactly very tall, the more weight we put on the worse. Does anyone have any ideas for us to become more in shape? Or any kind of healthy eating habits which we can use? We aren’t really into giving up junk food even though we know we have to.

Walk. My mom has been walking about 6 miles every day… like 3 gong somewhere and 3 going back home and she has lost almost 50 pounds shes been doing it or 2 months.

I did cross country and running put me in shape. it tones the thighs and calves. you should run, cruches, weight lifting and also eating right. thatll help.

to start getting fit work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar
