Yoga to stretch the muscles in your body...men's muscles are bunchy, but that's because they tend to do exercises that build muscle instead of stretch it...Yoga exercises work on every part of your body, but are what I call "quiet exercise"...Also, pilates add strength without bunching.
Hour glass implies that you'd have a very small waist...besides exercise you might have to lose weight.

I personally think that you shouldn't dress up as some one else, but I'll try to help anyway. Try building up your thigh muscles to make it look like you have hips and use a hula hoop because it helps to slim down your waist. And some women aren't actually shaped like that so you could always be one of those.
