I take multivitamins but I noticed royal jelly have its benefits too so can I take both at same time or there is side effects
Royal jelly is just a secretion from bees, like honey, that is said to give energy & have other benefits, although it hasnt been proven. I personally think it works for me. Unless you are allergic to bees or honey you should have no problems taking the two together.
